Three trimesters. Three deadlines. Pay, register, attend — repeat. Every Walsh student walks Form 01 through the same departmental clearance before each trimester begins. Here's exactly how it works.
In person, during Week 5 of your current trimester. Online programme students follow the email-based mechanism — see below.
Form 01 is your trimester clearance wrapper. Collect sign-off from each of the seven departments in the order shown below — Admissions through to Student Wellbeing.
Settle your fees with Accounts and submit the signed Form 01 to the Campus Head for final approval. No clearance, no registration.
Form 01 is your trimester clearance wrapper. You walk it through each of the seven departments below — in this exact order — collecting their sign-off as you go. Online programme students follow the same chain by email.
Walk Form 01 through each department in person at the Walsh College UAE campus during Week 5. Settle fees with Accounts on campus — cash, card, or bank transfer.
Email Form 01 to each department in turn during Week 5. Pay tuition by bank transfer to accounts@uecampus.com. Submit fully signed Form 01 to support@walshcollege.ae for Campus Head approval.
Trimester Clearance uses a single form. Form 01 is the wrapper that captures all departmental sign-offs — Admissions through Student Wellbeing — and final Campus Head approval.
Departmental confirmation that you are cleared to register for the upcoming trimester. Captures sign-off from all 7 departments and final Campus Head approval. One form per trimester.
Three trimesters. Each one has its own fee clearance deadline and registration cut-off. Mark your calendar — registration closes on the dates below, no extensions.
Trimester clearance is a binding administrative process. Read these carefully — every Walsh student is responsible for completing clearance correctly and on time, every term.
Clearance is required for every trimester of study, without exception. Students who do not complete clearance cannot register and forfeit their seat for that term.
Clearance must be completed during Week 5. The fee clearance and registration deadlines are published in the academic calendar and are non-negotiable.
Accounts will not sign Form 01 while any outstanding balance exists. Tuition for the upcoming trimester must be settled in full or covered by a confirmed payment plan.
Academics verifies your live attendance record against the 75% minimum at the point of sign-off. Falling below may result in being barred from the final exam.
Form 01 must carry sign-off from all seven departments in order. Partial sign-off is not accepted. Skipped or out-of-sequence sign-offs invalidate the form.
Final approval rests with the Campus Head and is binding. Disputes against a department's refusal to sign are resolved with that department directly before escalation.
If you don't intend to register for an upcoming trimester, you must submit a Semester Freeze Request before the Registration Deadline — not skip clearance silently. The freeze pauses your studies for one trimester and protects your seat.
Reach out to the right team and your query gets handled faster. Use these emails — not personal staff addresses — to ensure your request is logged and tracked.
