Eligibility

Complete induction, receive your Student ID, and ensure you have a valid Emirates ID before applying.

Apply via RTA Portal

Submit your application online at the RTA portal with your Emirates ID and Walsh Student ID attached.

Status Letter

Walsh issues a Status Letter from Block 15, Ground Floor, Facilities Office if required by RTA. Collect Sun–Thu, 9AM–6PM.

Card Issued

RTA processes and issues your Student Nol Card within 3 to 5 working days. Start saving immediately.

Applications without a valid Emirates ID will not be processed. For assistance submit an enquiry and our team will respond within one business day.

A few things every Walsh UAE transport student should know before the start of each academic term.

First Day of Term — Make Your Own Way

On your first day of each term, arrange your own transport to campus. Bus seat allocations are confirmed and communicated after your booking is processed — not on the day of travel itself.

Trial Drop-Off Run

A trial drop-off service runs at the start of each term to confirm designated pick-up and drop-off points for every route. Final stop locations are communicated to students by email before the trial date.

Service Adjustments and Suspensions

Transport may be temporarily adjusted or suspended due to government directives, extreme weather, or UAE public holidays. Students are notified promptly via email and WhatsApp when changes occur.

Academic Terms Only — No Holiday Service

Transport operates during academic terms only. No service runs during semester breaks, examination periods outside scheduled class time, or official UAE public holidays unless specifically announced by Walsh UAE.
