Programme fees
Tuition is charged as an annual fee, set by programme level. Bachelor's degrees are offered on campus or online; Master's, DBA and PhD programmes are offered online or mixed-mode. Walsh runs four intakes a year, September, January and April, plus an online Summer semester for course repeats.

Other fees
Alongside tuition, the following standard fees apply, all inclusive of 5% VAT, except the refundable Cautionary Deposit. Some are one-time, some recur each year, and a few apply only to specific students, on campus or international.
Registration Fee
Payable once at pre-enrolment to confirm your place. Required before USA Registration is unlocked.
Admission Fee
A one-time fee charged when your admission is processed and your student record is created.
Student Services Fee
Covers core student services, systems access, and academic administration.
Degree Fee
Charged towards the assessment, conferral and issuance of your final degree.
Student Activity Fee
Supports clubs, events and student life. Charged each academic year.
Late Payment Fee
Applied each time a scheduled tuition instalment is missed. Keeping to your agreed schedule avoids it entirely.
Cautionary Refundable Deposit
A refundable security deposit for on-campus students, returned at the end of your studies subject to the policy. On-campus only, and not subject to VAT.
Visa Fee & Medical Insurance
For international students studying on campus, covers your UAE student visa and mandatory medical insurance.
Pre-Approval — High-Risk Countries
A one-time security pre-approval required for applicants from designated high-risk countries.
Software Charges
Course software is billed directly by the software provider, it is not collected by Walsh.

How to pay
Pay by secure card online, or by direct bank transfer. All fees are received by Future Education University College (FEUC) on behalf of Walsh College USA.
Payment Options

- UAE students may pay the full annual tuition upfront or split into agreed instalments.
- International students on visa sponsorship may pay in four equal quarterly instalments.
- A late fee of AED 250 applies for each missed instalment — please keep to your agreed schedule.
- A 10% deposit plus registration fee is required to confirm your place.
- Always include your reference number and send payment proof to admissions@walshcollege.ae immediately after payment.
Bank Transfer Details
Walsh College USA has partnered with Future Education University College (FEUC) FZE, UAQ to provide administrative support for the UAE campus, including collection of fees on behalf of Walsh College USA. Payment made to FEUC per the above constitutes full payment to Walsh College USA.

Common questions
When do I pay these fees?+
Your Registration Fee and pre-enrolment payment are due when you accept your offer. Tuition follows the schedule set out in the Fees & Refund Policy, with instalment options available.
Which fees are refundable?+
The Cautionary Deposit (AED 2,000) is refundable and returned at the end of your studies, subject to the policy. The Registration Fee (AED 1,575) and the High-Risk Pre-Approval (AED 575) are non-refundable.
Do online students pay the deposit or visa fee?+
No. The Cautionary Deposit applies to on-campus students only, and the Visa Fee & Medical Insurance applies to international students studying on campus. Online students pay neither.
What are the software charges?+
Any course software is billed directly by the software provider, it isn't collected by Walsh, so it doesn't appear on your Walsh fee statement.
Is the Student Activity Fee a one-time charge?+
No, it's AED 1,000 charged each academic year while you're enrolled.
Can I pay tuition in instalments?+
Yes. Instalment schedules are set out in the Tuition Fee Charging & Refund Policy. The Accounts team can confirm the plan that applies to your programme.
What happens if I miss an instalment?+
A late fee of AED 250 is applied for each missed instalment. If you expect a delay, contact the Accounts team as early as possible to discuss your options.
