01High School Result / MarksheetYour final or most recent senior secondary results — Grade 12, A-Level, CBSE Class 12, IB Diploma, or equivalent. 02Senior High School Transcript & CertificateThe full transcript and graduation certificate from your senior high school. 03Predicted ScoreIf your final school results are still pending, an official predicted-score letter is accepted in the interim.Conditional on final results matching the prediction. 04English Test ResultsIELTS (Academic), Duolingo, TOEFL or PTE, valid within the last two years. A Medium-of-Instruction letter is accepted if your degree was taught in English. 05Previous Educational DocumentsAny prior qualifications relevant to a credit-transfer application — partial-degree transcripts, vocational or professional certifications. 06PassportA clear scan of the photo page, valid for at least six months beyond your intended intake date.

02Stage 02

Forms to enrol.

Once you accept your offer and complete your pre-enrolment payment, you'll receive a pack of forms to sign and submit to enrolments@walshcollege.ae at least two weeks before your trimester begins. Which forms you complete depends on your learning mode.

Do I need everything ready before I apply?

No — you can begin your application with your current documents and submit pending items, such as final school results, as they arrive. We may issue a conditional offer that becomes unconditional once the outstanding documents reach us.

Are scanned copies acceptable, or do I need notarised originals?

For your application, clear colour scans are fine. Originals or attested copies are required at pre-enrolment, when you present them on campus, or send them by courier if you're international.

I studied my degree in English but don't have an IELTS score — what then?

If your most recent qualifying degree was taught and examined entirely in English, an official Medium-of-Instruction (MOI) letter from your institution is normally accepted in place of an IELTS or Duolingo score. Confirm with your counsellor.

I'm transferring credits from another institution — what do I send?

Send your existing transcripts with your Stage 01 documents. Our academic team reviews them and issues a Mapping Approval — a formal document confirming which credits we'll recognise and how they map onto your Walsh programme.

I'm an online student — do I need to come to campus at all?

No. Online students study entirely remotely, submit documents by email, and complete only the three universal forms — 02, 03 and 04. No campus visit, no UAE visa, and no health-and-safety, transport or deposit forms are required.

What happens after I submit my pre-enrolment forms?

Your file is checked by Admissions, verified by the Head of Recruitment, Admissions & Marketing, and registered by the Office of the Registrar / Student Records — at which point you're officially enrolled and ready to begin your trimester.
